Cancellation policy:
We understand unforeseen situations happen and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
If so, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Giving sufficient notice allows us to better serve all of our spa guests, including you.
Cancellations less than 24 hours notice, continued late arrivals and/or drastic appointment changes that occur frequently by same client, we will request a security deposit prior to booking your next appointment. Security deposit to be paid at time of booking. If you "No Show" your appointment, please be advised you will be charged 100% of your service, to be paid before your next booking.
As enforcing a policy of this sort can be uncomfortable for everyone, we ask you to kindly respect the 24 hour policy. Our policy is in place to protect the valuable time of myself and my clients. Thank you.
